Geronimo Gutierrez IV is the founder and chief counsel of Poseidon Defense A.P.C., a criminal defense law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals facing state and federal criminal charges throughout Southern California.
With hands-on experience at the San Diego Public Defender's office and prestigious private firms, Geronimo has developed the courtroom skills and legal knowledge necessary to provide aggressive, effective representation in even the most serious criminal cases.
Geronimo is fluent in Spanish and is committed to ensuring that every client — regardless of background — receives the highest quality legal representation.
